Yes! I support the Elizabeth Stone House and the women who are hiking to end violence against women and promote healing and empowerment. You can donate by mail or via our secure credit card link. If you are sponsoring a Wilderness Heals Hiker please list her name as part of the donation.
Here's how your sponsorship helps:
$30 covers the cost of one advocacy meeting for a woman in the Therapeutic Community.
$60 pays for childcare for three sessions of our Support Groups.
$100 pays to keep a woman safe for 2 nights in our Battered Women's Program.
$150 covers the cost of the 24-hour emergency hotline for a week.
$250 pays a woman's tuition in our Women's Business Opportunity Program, helping her to achieve self-sufficiency.
$500 covers the cost of a month of our new youth Mentor Program.
$1,000 covers the cost of a family to complete a 15-week Nurturing Program.
